Reserve Your Event ASAP

Booking your event several weeks prior is the best way to ensure the exact date and time of your event will be available for our mobile laser tag services.

Estimate Head Count Accurately

Zapz Mobile Laser Tag services can support teams of up to 12 participants per game. If your event will involve more people, consider making a schedule to help us make sure everyone gets the opportunity to participate. Getting an accurate head count will also help us book the right package for you.

Know Your Event’s Purpose

Having a birthday party? Are you rewarding a team at the end of a season for practicing good sportsmanship? Do you want to focus on team building exercises? Knowing why you are hosting can help Zapz plan activities to better suit your goals and ensure your event is a success.

Make Sure There Is Plenty Of Space

Be sure the location that you have chosen can host the quantity of people that you have invited plus adequate parking. Zapz needs space to set up the mobile arena, so if you are using barriers, plan accordingly. Your team sizes may increase the space needed to set up so all participants have plenty of room to run.

Prepare Signed Waivers

Every participant must have a waiver signed by either themselves or by a parental guardian. Please provide our waiver to all guests before the event or direct them to our website so they can sign the waiver. Having waivers that are prepared and signed is the best way to make sure the activities can begin in a timely manner.

Anticipate Our Arrival

Zaps will communicate with you when we are on the way to your event. Please be prepared to meet us before the event starts to go over the equipment and the activities.
