Book Your Battle Early
To lock in your preferred date and time, we recommend booking several weeks or months in advance. Our mobile laser tag experiences fill up fast, and early bookings ensures our team and equipment are reserved exclusively for your squad.
Get an Accurate Headcount
Zapz supports teams of up to 12 participants per game.
Large Groups: For bigger crowds, we will help you create a rotating schedule so everyone gets plenty of “tag time.”
Custom Packages: Knowing your guest count helps us recommend the perfect package for your group size.
Define the Mission
Why are you hosting? Whether it’s a high-energy birthday bash, a team - building exercise, or a sports season finale, letting us know the “why” helps us tailor the game modes and intensity to match your guests.
Prep the Battlefield
We need space to bring the action to life! Ensure your location has:
The Arena: A wide-open area for our mobile setup and barriers.
Room to Run: Remember, larger teams need more territory for strategic maneuvers.
Parking: Adequate space for our gear transport and your guests.
Secure Your Waivers
Safety first! Every player must have a signed waiver (by themselves if 18+, or a guardian if younger).
Pro Tip: Send guests to our website or provide the Downloadable Waiver ahead of time. Having these ready at kickoff ensures the games start right on schedule.
Arrival & Deployment
We will keep you in the loop with a “heads-up” message when we’re en route. Please be ready to meet our crew shortly before the start time to tour the equipment and go over the rules of engagement.
